Dragons of the North Light Festival brings the mystique of the Far North to life at ZOO Planckendael!
From 25 October 2024 to 5 January 2025, you will see the Northern Lights at ZOO Planckendael. All kinds of mythical figures from the snow-covered Far North radiate their presence in the winter months. Experience the clash between ice and fire and meet cute trolls and elves, a howling werewolf and his pack, beautiful flying horses, imposing reindeer, a friendly cave man, a giant worthy of respect and a cool ice queen. Together with several cool dragons and a four-metre-high phoenix, they will rise up in Planckendael ZOO. Take your selfie with luminescent wings or come play and jump with light. Every year a unique, new formula for young and old, and a must for your Instagram feed! Mythically magical!
