Rita Jeltsch - Viswijven (Fishwives)

As the work of KreaShit in Ravenbergstraat – a colourful nod to a brand of bananas – had been defaced by vandals over the years, the decision was made to paint over it. For Mechelen 2.0, local illustrator Rita Jeltsch came up with a child-friendly mural. It takes the form of an underwater scene.
