Sam Scarpulla - The Freeway
Sam Scarpulla has Italian roots but lives in Ghent. He likes creating murals and travelling. He is one of the key figures of the Kapow Collective, with murals in Morocco and even Congo. There is always a hint of social commentary in his often playful work.
